"Air Prishtina Card" Bonus Program

Air Prishtina AG (Air Prishtina) is owner and publisher of the "Air Pristina Card."

The following conditions apply for the discount accrual, redemption of discount credits and the general implementation:

1. Right to participate have physical and legal persons.

2. The participation starts after the application and issuing the Air Prishtina Card. Per person is allowed only one account. There is no legal right to participation. Air Prishtina is entitled, without stating reasons, to deny the right to participate in the bonus program Air Prishtina Card.

3. The bonus program of Air Prishtina Card is based on a discount calculation. For each actually flown segment of a fully paid regular or charter flight that is booked on this website on its currently published ticket price, the participant will be credited to 5% discount. The amount of any bonus credit depends on the published ticket prices. Discount calculation of the airport taxes and applicable fees are excluded. The generated bonus can be deducted from the flight ticket price by the next booking.

4. Bonuses from other programs can not be credited in the bonus program of Air Prishtina.

5. The generated rebates are not transferable. A conversion into cash is not permitted.

6. The generated rebates can be credited to the participant only if he presents a legitimate Air Prishtina Card, respectively transmits the card costumer number by telephone in the call center. Retroactive crediting of rebates on already made flight bookings is excluded.

7. For the current state of bonuses, the participant can be informed online or by Call Center.

8. The sale, barter, offer to auction to third parties of Air Prishtina Card are forbidden. If the participant abuses the card, Air Pristina reserves the right to block or to withdraw the Air Prishtina Card, or to refuse the redemption. Owner of Air Prishtina Card is the Air Prishtina AG.

9. If the rebate credit is not redeemed within 24 months from the date of flight for the next flight booking, it expires to the end of next quarter.

10. Air Prishtina reserves the right to discontinue the Air Prishtina Card bonus program as such or replace it with another program at any time. The discount amount (percentage indicated) can be changed at any time by the Air Prishtina.

11. Personal data relating to participation will be processed and used for purposes serving the program implementation.

12. The contract is exclusively subject to Swiss law. Jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

13. If one or more provisions of this contract are or become ineffective, thereby, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
